Specify the notification you would like for your trainees to receive regarding their assignment. Expand the advanced options to view the notifications available for each assignment. When assigning multiple assignments, click Copy Previous to set each following assignment with the parameters from above.
- Present Diploma Upon Completion. This option prompts the system to present a diploma to the trainee upon completion of the assignment. A diploma may not be necessary or required upon completion of all assignments.
- Notify People Upon Start. Select this option to notify trainees that they have started the assignment.
- Notify People Upon Completion. Select this option to notify trainees that they have completed the assignment.
- Notify People when overdue. Select this option to notify trainees that they have an assignment overdue.
- Bi-Weekly Overdue Notification. Select this option to send trainees a notification every two weeks while their assignment is overdue.
